About

Challenges of normal life are getting the best of you. Every moment of every day seems to last an eternity and yet life is passing you by. Everyone and everything bothers you, but you don’t know how to make it better. You have lost your power and you do not even have the energy to look for it. I believe with a whole heart that the key to therapy is helping you to find your power, by assisting you to take care of yourself first, strengthen your coping skills, and empower you to overcome the obstacles of daily life. I believe the key to any kind of counseling is building a strong and trusting relationship.

I believe person centered therapy helps people get to where they want to be. You struggle with life transitions/changes and relationship issues, and I get it! You don’t know how to handle the challenges ahead of you, and that is okay. Let me help you through those challenges. I understand how you feel as I’ve been helping people work through those issues since 2002. After living in several different countries, it has expanded my views and appreciation with people of different backgrounds and cultures.

Our goal is helping you remember what you used to love doing, what made you feel whole, and recapturing those feelings again. As I can understand, because I would want you to feel joy like I have with my passion for travel and painting with watercolors and acrylics. We can find your passion again!

I would feel privileged to be there beside you, sorting out what is holding you back, while allowing you to feel empowered to embark on your continued journey.
